Shipping, Returns and Warranty Policy
Shipping:We use Canada Post, CANPAR, Purolator and UPS for all of our shipping. We are currently shipping to Canada, all 50 U.S. States, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe. We ship all orders FOB.If you are paying with a credit card, we will ONLY ship to your credit card's confirmed address. All products are subject to availability and price changes. Our online store will calculate a general shipping rate for your order. If the actual rate is different, we will send you an e-mail advising you of the actual shipping charges, before processing your credit card. Customs:You might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.Return Policy:Please note that all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please file a damage report with the shipper and call us for further assistance. If your order is missing parts, please call or e-mail us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instruction before returning an item -- we do not accept returns without an RA number. For all returns, specify 'Free Domicile' to the shipper. Any item returned should be properly packed, insured and shipped prepaid.Effective January 2, 2005, all international customers (goods shipped outside of Canada) are subject to a $15.00 (U.S. dollar) brokerage fee on returned merchandise. This fee does not apply to Canadian residents. Absolutely no returns accepted after 30 days from delivery date.
